Nishino is moving to another place, far from her friends. They're about to enter summer holiday, but she hasn't told anyone about her moving.
Nishino then leaves a message to her father saying she's running away from home. Wakatsuki follows her, to the spot where they used to spend time together. Wakatsuki then invites everyone to do the same (the text messages while Ikoma was being rejected and Sakurai was filling up her career path survey).
In the final scene, Nishino says to Wakatsuki, after kissing her, "See you next semester".
Wakatsuki already knew it wasn't true though, murmuring "Liar" after Nishino was already distant from her.
(The paper Wakatsuki was holding at the end and that Nishino tried to hide from her had details about her school transfer).
